Below are the policies for using our website and/or booking a trip, and riding on our coaches. If you have any questions, please, let us know.

Seat Assignment Policy

Seat Assignment to motorcoach tours is included with your final documents indicating a specific seat number, which will be yours for the entire tour. Your personal belongings can remain in your seat, overhead, or underfoot. No one will try and take your seat, or ask you to rotate!

When you make your reservations, you may make a seating request, i.e. Seat 1,16,54, etc (Please review the seating chart for a description of motorcoach setup) with your tour request

Travel Agency Policy

Cancellations & Refunds Policy:
1. Cancellations made prior to 60 days before your departure qualify for a full refund.

2. Cancellations 59 days or less before tour departure qualify for a refund minus a $125.00 administrative fee and any non-refundable fees paid out on your behalf.

No Shows
There are no refunds for “No Shows”.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a tour is due, in writing, at least Sixty (60) business days prior to departure date for a full refund. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a refund, less an administrative fee of $125.00 or otherwise noted on the tour’s itinerary.

Cancellation of a tour is due, in writing, at least Forty-Five (45) days prior to departure will result in a 50% loss of advance deposit or otherwise noted on the tour’s itinerary.

Cancellation made thirty (30) days prior to departure will result in a 100% loss of advance deposit or otherwise noted on the tour’s itinerary. 

No Shows – There are  no refunds for “No Shows”
